Using windows 8 touch screen

Even for the people who have a touch screen computer, unless they learn the supported Touch Based gestures, it would be confusing to use Windows 8 until they get familiar with various gestures in Windows 8. I am using a 1 year old Lenovo Ideapad laptop with traditional keyboard and mouse. I installed all preview releases of Windows 8 and had a touch time figuring out how to use various tasks in Windows 8 with the keyboard and mouse.
